Specific conditions for bookings to the AloDominican event
The accommodation prices (VAT included) are those published on the Guitart Hotels website. Once the reservation has been confirmed, they cannot be modified.
1.1.- These prices shall be understood to include, solely and exclusively, the services indicated in the description of the package, not including the Full Pass to participate in the event. In this regard, it is hereby stated that the hotel is not responsible for any alterations or cancellations to the A Lo Dominican event programme, and therefore, any alterations to the programme will not be cause for cancellation of the accommodation and food service, which is the sole responsibility of the hotel.
1.2.- The tax for stays in tourist establishments is not included in the prices. This tourist tax must be paid by the Client upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. The amounts to be paid may vary depending on the number of days of stay, the age of the client and the category of the hotel. The rates can be consulted at the following link.
2.- Confirmation of the booking request, terms of payment and booking reference.
2. 1.- Confirmation of the booking request. The booking will be considered confirmed when the Client pays 100% of the amount of the stay.
2 .2.- Booking Reference. Once the amount of the stay has been paid, the corresponding booking reference number will be assigned.
3.- Method of payment
The Client will be able to pay the corresponding amount by credit or debit card.
Cancellations of reservations are subject to the following cancellation charges:
• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: will result in the loss of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
• No-show on the scheduled day of arrival: will result in a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation.
All booking modifications must be communicated by e-mail or telephone and accepted by Guitart Hotels S.L.
a. In the event that the modification implies an increase in services, said increase will be quoted at the price that corresponds at the time of the request and will be subject to availability.
b. Modifications made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival that involve a decrease in value will not result in refunds.
6.- Change of reservation holder (transfer).
The Client may transfer his/her reservation to a third party up to one day before the date of arrival, by telephone on +34 972 37 00 01 or writing to email@example.com. This change will be effective after receiving confirmation from the hotel.
Guitart Hotels reserves the right to charge a management fee of 5 euros for making any type of modification, including a change of holder, on a reservation already made. This amount must be paid by the Client upon arrival and check-in at the hotel, together with the tourist taxes and any other amount pending payment. In the event that a change of holder has been made, the Client shall be understood to be the final holder of the reservation.
Check-in at the hotel must be done after 15:00 and rooms must be vacated before 12:00. In the event of the Client failing to comply with the check-out time, Guitart Hotels reserves the right to choose between understanding that the Client is extending the stay for an extra day, or to have the accommodation unit available, by removing the Client's belongings by means of an inventory in the presence of witnesses.
