Your room
Safe box
In all our rooms there is a safe deposit box for free use. You can use it by requesting the key at the reception desk.
We kindly ask you to put all your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables that have not been placed in the safe.
Minibar
Next to the fridge you will find a QR code with a list of the prices of all the products available.
Wake up service
You can ask reception if you would like to be woken up at a certain time.
Room cleaning
The cleaning of the room is done daily between 09.00h and 15.00h.
If you would like us to change the towels, please ask for them in the bathroom.
For any other special request, please contact reception.
Laundry
Our hotel offers the following services:
Inside the wardrobe there are bags and a document with the prices of our laundry services. We ask you to fill in this document and put it inside the bag together with the clothes, and then inform reception.
Air conditioning / Heating
Our rooms have air conditioning and heating.
Please make responsible use of the AC (close windows and turn it off when leaving the room).
For environmental reasons, we recommend that you keep the air conditioning between 23° and 25° in summer and between 18° and 21° in winter.
Television
All our rooms have a television with national and international satellite channels.
Please keep the volume down so as not to disturb other guests.
Telephone
There is a telephone in the room to contact reception, other rooms and for external calls.
Internal Calls
To call another room, dial 8 + the number of the room you wish to call
Reception: To contact reception, dial M1.
External Calls
Dial the country code + the area code + the telephone number.
Urban and interurban calls: Dial the area code, if necessary, the subscriber's number.
International calls: Dial directly the international prefix 00, dial the country code, the city code and finally the number.
Travelling with children
For travelers with very young children, we have cots (subject to availability and at no extra cost), highchairs in the dining room and a changing table available.
We also offer a babysitting service for children (at an additional cost and subject to availability). Please contact reception to enquire about this service.

Breakfast
Our hotel offers a buffet breakfast service from 07.00h until 10.30h.
To order breakfast in your room, please contact reception by dialling M1.
Room Service
Call reception to place your Room Service order (n° M1).
When you have finished, you can leave the tray at the entrance of your room or on your bedside table. If you would like us to remove the tray immediately, please call reception.

The hotel is not responsible for stolen objects, or damage caused to the car by third parties.

The hotel does not allow pets.
Lost property
Please contact reception in case of the loss of personal belongings.
Lost items are kept for 6 months. No perishable items are kept.
