#GuitartLovers Summer Contest

1. SCOPE AND DURATION

Guitart Hotels is organizing the #GuitartLovers Summer Contest through its official Instagram account @hotel.guitart.central.park, with the goal of rewarding guests who share their best moments during their stay at the hotel.

The contest will run from July 1st to September 14th, 2025.

The winners will be announced through Instagram stories during the month of September.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to all individuals over 18 years old with a public Instagram profile who meet the following requirements:

• Post a photo or Reel video recorded during their stay at Guitart Central Park.

• Mention the account @hotel.guitart.central.park in the post or Reel description.

• Include the official hashtag #GuitartLovers.

• Follow @hotel.guitart.central.park on Instagram.

Participants may post as many photos or videos as they wish.

The content must be positive, family-friendly, and clearly recorded within the hotel premises. Any offensive content or content that affects the brand or third parties will not be accepted.

By entering the contest, participants declare themselves the original authors of the content. Guitart Hotels is not responsible for any misuse of images or third-party rights.

3. COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT

By participating in the contest, users grant Guitart Hotels the right to use the submitted content (photo or video), including the image rights of anyone featured in it, for promotional purposes on social media, the website, or corporate materials.

4. CONTEST MECHANICS AND WINNER SELECTION

During the contest, Guitart Hotels’ team will make a preselection of the photos and videos that receive the most likes and/or best reflect the holiday spirit of the hotel.

The finalists will be entered into a public vote via Instagram Stories, where followers will choose the winners.

5. PRIZES

Photo Contest:

• 1st Prize: 3 nights for 2 people with Half Board

• 2nd Prize: 2 nights for 2 people with Half Board

Video Contest (Reel):

• 1st Prize: 3 nights for 2 people with Full Board

• 2nd Prize: 2 nights for 2 people with Full Board

Prizes can be enjoyed during the indicated available dates and until December 31, 2026, always upon prior reservation and subject to availability.

They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners must present a valid ID (passport or national ID card).

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of Guitart Hotels' Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data for managing participation, contact, and prize delivery.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Guitart Hotels is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on Instagram.

• Content not published due to private profiles.

• Identity theft or misuse of content by third parties.

8. ACCEPTANCE AND JURISDICTION

By entering the contest, participants fully accept these legal terms.

Any unforeseen matters will be resolved by Guitart Hotels.

In the event of a legal dispute, Spanish law will apply, and the competent courts will be those of Girona.
