Shirodhara massage or teraphy

Shirodara is an ancient Ayurvedic technique, in which a stream of warm oil is applied to the forehead, working on the neck and head. Pure therapeutic tebium essential oil is dropped on the forehead and head. This massage is intended for patients with insomnia, stress and anxiety. With this therapy we are going to work on the nervous system.

It is a massage or therapy that purifies the body and soul.

ABHYANGA Massage

It is one of the most important Ayurvedic massage techniques for balancing the two has.
Its main function is to achieve the energetic balance between the Vata (air), Pitta (fire) and Kapha (earth) energies. The better the balance of these energies, the better the health and longevity of the person.
It is the most complete massage or therapy that exists because in addition to mobilize muscles, oxygenate and activate circulation with light movements, its function is to stimulate the MARMAS points: points where energy is contained, stagnant. Stimulating them helps us to have a better function of the organs, better energy function and that energy does not remain stagnant. When the energy stagnates it starts to cause imbalances in the body, and this will eventually manifest as illnesses. That is why in all Ayurveda therapies it is crucial to stimulate these MARMAS points. The Ayurveda Abyanga massage is different from all the others for this particular reason.

Ayurveda does not focus only on the physical body but also on the mind, so we achieve a complete calm.
